How to ride a bike, wearing a formal suit Saturday, January 06, 2007 1:46 AM

I mostly drive to the office in my own car, though at times I have the benefit of using a test mule which at times is a two wheeler. The biggest challenge I often face is wearing formal clothes while riding a two-wheeler to work. Now most of us have not experimented with it, but try wearing a formal suit while riding a TVS Apache and not look like a credit card salesman!

Waking up today, I had the sudden urge to dust off the Apache parked in my garage. Only problem – a couple of appointments with senior executives dictated that I dress formally. After a bit of staring at the ceiling fan, scratching my chin, the Apache won and the beige blazer was dumped in favour of a yellow sports jacket, with the appointments rescheduled for another day.
